Job Description
-Controlling the performance of near 150 field forces including merchandising activities, training, data collection or any task defined by Samsung office -Having necessary justification meetings with Samsung Head Quarter (Corp, and other divisions while needed) -Pursing the latest status of the company claims -Having the supervisors market visiting reports followed and monitored for any precaution and corrective action establishment (including the window dressing, sign boards management, POP management, market and competitors condition, latest news gathering and submission) -Having direct supervisory effects on the data gathering processes and details submission in the channel (including the sellout, weekly data collection) -Managing the IMEI gathering details and data gathering processes in this regard (if necessary) -Managing and supervising the contracts with the third parties, including but not limited to the subjects, details, benefits and restrictions and implementation of the mall branding contracts and supervising the same routine -Justifying the projects and the internal disciplines and activities of the company for the clients throughout the clarification meetings -Data and quotation collection for the raw materials which may be used in creation of the stands and other advertising tools -Interviewing with the dedicated division candidates (along the HR Department) -Working very closely with MI team to collect market information on-time -Having the supervisory role on the accommodation and transportation arrangements throughout the VIP events -Acting as a link between the HQ and the clients for the matters which are related to the dedicated division -Monitoring the market in coverage of any lack of Material Existence -Whole team performance feedback gathering, analysis and report -Roadshow management under the supervision of the region supervisors -Monitoring and managing the shop list by the supervisors in order to have them update and completed time to time -Monitoring the device distribution in each region and shop through the supervisors -Monitoring and managing the accommodation and transportation of the guests and participants through the events -Monitoring field forces activity plan on daily and weekly basis through the Supervisors
Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor Degree from a well-known university -At least 6 years relevant experiences -Having the required management abilities, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Customer Focus, Organization, Client Relationships, Promotions, Reporting Skills, Attention to Detail, Territory and Division Management, Competitive Analysis, Job Knowledge -Excellent knowledge of MS-Office specially Excel -Being inhibited in Tehran -Managerial skills and knowledge -Having Pursuing mentality -Ability to work under pressure -Noticeable ability of reporting in an adequate and understandable way and method -Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions and the issues which are taking place within the market -Managing and monitoring the Warehouse and inventory management through the supervisors -Monitoring and managing the train reports in order to have the required goal achieved in adequate timeline -Monitoring the personnel's claim clearance through the supervisors -Ideal Age Range: 32 - 39 -Fluency in English is needed
