Job Description

-Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing and sales strategy aligned with company whole strategy -Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the planned sale and profitability of products, lines, or services -Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends -Building effective relationship with key players and decision makers in medical centers, physicians, Pharmacies and Wholesalers -Observing the market, Monitoring competitor activities and products and industry trends and drives strategies for increasing awareness of the company's products among the target audience group -Expanding the scope of marketing and sales activities within the market. Initiate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services -Finding new customers and empowering existing contacts with current customers -Supervising the activities of marketing and sales team and collaborating with other departments in order to achieve annual sales target objectives -Being responsible for analyzing budgets and making sure the sales team is on track with its quotas and goals -Managing and coordinating participation in promotional activities and trade shows -Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities -Negotiate contracts with wholesalers and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies -Providing appropriate sales forecast information for manufacturing and planning department -Initiating market research studies and conducting economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services -Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction -Select products and accessories to be displayed at local/international trade shows -Identify trade show where exposure of the products would gain advantages for the company and increase sales

Requirements

-Must be and Persian speaker with an excellent skills in English both oral and written -Good general computer skills, Strong in MS Office tools -Teamwork capabilities -Punctual and responsible -Experience in all aspects of planning and implementation of sales strategy -Experience in customer relationship management -Knowledge of market research -Experience in managing and directing a sales team -Relevant product and industry knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics -Being able to travel locally and internationally -Minimum 5 Years’ experience as Marketing and sales manager / 10 years’ experience working in Sales and marketing department in Pharmaceutical industry
