Job Description
● Manage field agents to get the highest performance in terms of driver acquisition, through supervisors.
● Lead supervisors and field agents for increasing driver acquisition by daily visits.
● Organize and coordinate field agents’ schedules.
● Evaluate on-the-job performance.
● Manage supervisors to meet the targets of the whole team.
● Track hourly, daily weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance, and driver acquisition metrics.
● Meet all driver acquisition quotas and goals.
● Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline field agents, through supervisors.
● Identify current and future trends that appeal to drivers.
● Monitor local competitors.
