Job Description

With plenty of products and businesses in the tech sector, Café Bazaar is one of the pioneers in the tech startup ecosystem in Iran. Accordingly, sales channels are expanding very fast hence finance needs to interact with the technical department very closely to reflect transactions in books properly. Café bazaar is a fan of transparency in all aspects especially in compliance with Tax & SSO rules, so we need motivated and diligent people in our team to follow up SSO clearances and some other Tax & SSO related tasks and represent the high level of Café bazaar business integrity. Responsibilities: • Responsible for obtaining companies contracts SSO clearance. • Attendance in SSO committees. • Follow up with customers to refund SSO retention. • Being a contact person in a Tax & SSO organization and responsible for delivery of all correspondence. • Preparation of withholding Tax report and arrange the payments on a monthly basis & maintenance of the tax calendar. • Organizing all the Tax & SSO related files. • Preparation of VAT report and filing the VAT Tax return on a quarterly basis. • Preparation of the detail of the payments to assist in the Monthly Management Report on a monthly basis. • Preparation of all Tax & SSO related letters to Tax & SSO Organizations • Handling all Tax & SSO assessments including preparation of required documents. • Writing legal books. • Reviewing and scrutinizing potential financial risks in sales processes. • Control all of the sales invoices in the accounting system. • Prepare Reports of customers and their accounts for managers. • Control and post daily sales invoices. • Making customer reconciliation. • Participate in the monthly closing process. • Manage to Archive sales factors delivered to the customer on a daily basis, accounting documents in accordance with the instruction.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as an accounting or tax department administrative assistant or other relevant Accounting experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer skills. • Bachelor’s degree. • Previous experience in the foreign company (is a plus). • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments.
