Job Description

•Main Objective: -Iran Argham is looking for a Sales support expert who manages Sales support activities, according to the Iran Argham’s policies and procedures. •Main Responsibilities: -Interpret tender documents and collect necessary documents -Establishing procedures for obtaining required documentation -Categorize, archive and retrieve documents -Manage contract process such as: draft, review& revise contract -Interact with other units, especially for participate in tenders and auctions and other calls -Provide sales plan and the status of fulfillment or non-fulfillment of the obligations reports -Interact with customer managers to monitor and collect debts -Implement and support of the issuing pre-invoices, and invoices -Tenders follow up to achieve the results -Reporting to: Planning & support Sales manager -Interact with related organizational units to issuing, monitoring and tracking bills -Controlling the amount and time of receipts according to contracts and bills -Identify and link between the bills and receipts with the sales plan -Monitor and report the amount of fines according to contracts Working hours: Saturday - Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. - 16-30 p.m., Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. - 15:30 p.m.

Requirements

-At least Bachelor degree in Finance, Management, Law and Industrial Engineering -At least 3 year experience in the same position -Familiar with sale accounting concepts such as bill, invoice, remittances, pre-invoices, deductions -Familiarity with various types of guarantees -Sales accounting Processes knowledge -Familiar with Governmental tender process, Trades regulations, contractor evaluation and related laws -Ability to interpret and to draft contracts -Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook) -Familiar with financial concept such as balance sheet, depreciation, NPV, return rate -familiar with IT industry, especially hardware and software sales and support. -Knowledge of grammar and administrative correspondence. -high degree of multi-tasking -Excellent team-working skills -Responsibility and following up issues -information searching skills -Attention to detail -Accountability with flexibility -Ability of working under pressure and deliver tasks according to deadlines -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Advanced in English Language
