Job Description

• Maintaining and updating sales and customers records • Preparing pre-invoices • Checking bank statement and tracking all the received amounts (online and offline) • Issuing sales original invoices • Filling and logging documents • Searching Internet for information gathering • Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices • Working with Admin Panel • Assisting with data entry • Updating stat • Handling sales team and finance team requests • Providing support to the sales department • Sales reports and sales records • Compiling monthly sales reports • Assisting the management in other tasks and activities

Requirements

• At least one year work experience in related field. (Smart and motivated candidates with no experience will also be considered for the job.) • Familiarity with computers, particularly Word, Excel, Internet. (Having experience in working with CRM is a plus) • Personal maturity • Having reasonable amount of intelligence • High level of organization and self-discipline • Ability to work well with others and in a team • Reliability and honesty • Ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands, and priorities tasks and workload • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking • To be Detail-oriented • Ability to plan and meet deadlines
