● To train and transfer his/her own sales experiences to SM who are under his/her supervision.
● To collect all information and statistics required by the company in order to promote sales targets.
● To manage and follow up on whether his team members do their responsibilities efficiently.
● To report market competition, activity, price changing or promotion, etc.
● To present his team’s monthly performance.
● To set yearly, monthly, and daily targets for the team.
● To perform incentive programs for the team.
