Job Description

- Continuous monitoring and control and follow-up of sales affairs and employee performance - Designing a sales strategy based on the macro attitude of the organization's management - Generate ideas and transfer ideas and creativity to the senior management of the organization regarding the sales plan - Methods of training and development of people - Principles of supervision

Requirements

-Location : Tehran - At least 5 years of sales experience in the field of Cosmetics or FMCG - Education : Minimum bachelor's degree in management or related fields. - Having systemics thinking - Fluent in strategic sales planning and management. - Controlling sales pans - Preparing sales reports. -Ability to manage and direct sales team -Fluent in variety of sales systems (capillary , network ,etc) - Mastering the principles and techniques of negotiation , marketing and branding - Highly motivated
