Job Description
• Immediate responsible for reaching the company sales target on the respective territory
• Daily field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs
• Provide constructive suggestions and solutions to achieve sales target and increase the sales
• Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on
standards and principles of the company
• Plan sales target achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis in line with company
targets
• Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving
• Manage all administration tasks related to his respective team
• Continuous review and monitoring of the competitors and market
• Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goal
