Job Description
Objective: Post holder will assist Sales Manager to achieve annual sales targets in a specific territory in “Tehran Province, Grocery Channel”, through guiding and leading the sales force, while maintaining the current market share and growing it according the defined strategies.
Main responsibilities but not be limited to:
•Ensure sustainable achievement of expected results in terms of KPIs and fundamentals like monthly targets, coverage, distribution, in-store visibility/availability in respective area
•Regular visits to the market for back check and to review and evaluate performance of sales force based KPIs
•Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the area's targets and increasing sales of Company’s product
•Assign sales territories, breakdown sales targets and establish efficient routs for the team of sales force
•Establish and Maintain relationship with existing customers and resolve complaints regarding sales and service
•Manage, train, inform and motivate the Sales team
•Controlling the amount of returns products and trying to reduce this amount.
•Collecting customer feedback, market research and competitive analyses.
