Job Description

- Directing, managing and motivating the sales team members so that they can together achieve the sales targets or set figures. - Developing strategies for selling of products and designing tactics through which maximum revenue can be earned. - Assisting the sales manager to resolve customer complaints and issues within the sales department for smooth functioning. - Delegating work or duties to different individuals working on the various job positions within the sales department - Organizing and coordinating sales experts schedules - Utilizing information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning - Monitoring local competitors - Supervising all sales activities - Submitting operational records and reports to project sales and determining profitability. - Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. - Advising customers and sales experts on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business. - Assessing marketing potential of new and existing markets.
