Job Description

- Identify sales opportunities and cooperate with distributors to complete sales process - Workshops technical assessment to open sales negotiation - Controlling and supervision of Sales promotions execution by clients - Continuous visit of Clients in order to increase sales rate to achieve sales targets - Negotiating with windows manufacturer workshop or distributors and concluding agreement - Collaborating with sales manager in order to estimate and execute sales goals - Operational planning to achieve sales goals - Territorial scanning in order to identify potential workshops - Periodically, competitor analyze for competition situation and Market analyze to estimate market demand - Resolve customers probable technical and sales problems - Accomplish sales promotions presentations for workshops owners and distributors - Continuous sales evaluation in the territories and by the agents - Collaborate with sales department people and other departments

Requirements

- Engineering, Management, Marketing and related fields Bachelor - Minimum three years sales experiences in the construction materials - Be able to effective communication and convince - Expert in distribution contract details - Expert in organizational sales skills - Expert in IDS L (Special in Word and Excel) - Personal and professional discipline - Energetic and motivated to learn and improve - Ability to continue traveling to the cities - Maximum 35 years old (Males preferred)
