Job Description
-Requirement of sales supervisor all over Iran
-Monitoring sub distribution sales activities and implementing company policies in covered city
-Developing sales by volume, value and coverage in covered city
-Monitor sales activities in the area to ensure customer receive satisfactory service
-Train sales team (training on products and sales techniques)
-Identify representative's strengths and improve their weaknesses in order to increasing sales in region
-Monitor financial affairs and constant pursuit to receive representative cheque and receivable documents
-Monthly regular missions to insure of presence of company products over the region during regular market visits on sub distributions
-Regular visits of pharmacies in Iran
-Schedule sales activity
-Show monthly progress comparing the current sales of company
-Make regular reports to Sales & Marketing manager
-Develop new markets and trends
-Prepare and develop a customer database
-Developing and maintaining of sales and promotional materials
-Make sales and marketing calls to new lead and existing clients
-Arrange meetings for introduction and presentation of company and its products
-Monitor competitors, market conditions and products
*Fixed salary is 40,000,000IRR, with insurance. Variable income is 50,000,000 - 100,000,000IRR
