Job Description
• Strong negotiating and finalizing sales process in case of market development that is provided by sales director, (EMPHASAIZED)
• Prospecting, Identification, Evaluation of Leads trough the regular and programed visits.
• Having strong relation with active customer in order to increase sales rate and develop their market.
• Effort to collect Construction Market information, Competitors and Clients information, provide report and report to Managers periodically.
• Continuous presence visits for active clients and potential customers in order to get orders and giving consult according our organization promotions plans.
• Preparing reports & reporting to management in specified periods in case of competitors analyze, Market analyze, Market segmentation, daily activities, customers situation.
• Having sales report daily and in his/her sectors in order to control, increase sales rate, compensation for sales deficit.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to avoid foreclosed sales.
