Job Description

Review daily the service levels and sales volume and wastage performance by route with each salesman in his team. This should be measured against the salesman's agreed route plan. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Reporting to the sales manager. Developing sales prediction and achieve the sales target. Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit on a daily basis. Requirements

• Male • Having university degree in MBA, Industrial Engineering and other and management fields. • At least 3 years’ experience in sales affairs specially in FMCG. • Having good negotiation skills • Ideal Age Range: 28 – 40. • Be Able to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. • Reporting skills. • Profound market and business understanding, planning & organizing. • Problem-solving skill • Advanced skills in Microsoft office and sales software
