Job Description

- Immediate responsible for reaching the company sales target on the respective territory - Daily field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs - Provide constructive suggestions and solutions to achieve sales target and increase the sales - Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the company - Plan sales target achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis in line with company targets - Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving - Manage all administration tasks related to his respective team - Continuous review and monitoring of the competitors and market - Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goal

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred - 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and distribution field (At least 1 year in supervisor position) - Significant experience coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules and ensuring quality compliance - Strong communication and leaderships skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively - Highly motivated to help our company fulfill its larger mission - People-centered, supportive and flexible in order to get the most of his/her team - Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs - Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (Especially Excel and PowerPoint) - Ability to motivate and lead a team
