Job Description

As supervisor of Sales (Specialty Line) in Tachra Darou, you will be responsible for promotion of products (Cardio, CNS, Rheumatology) in Iran, representing Tachra darou vision, values and commitments in daily contacts with customers and for coaching & developing the medical representatives of your team. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager of Tachra darou. The responsibilities will include: - Responsible for overall team activities and target achievement - Responsible for propose products strategies, planning and budgets to the Sales and Marketing Manager - Responsible for keep sales team informed about the market environment (competitors, market analysis...) - Responsible for coaching & developing the Medical Representatives. - Responsible for Medical Representatives' account plans for all A and B customers, group account plan for rest of targeted customers and overall territory plan. - Consolidate the reports of Medical Representatives in own region and provide appropriate feedback on reports. - Check KPI's for Medical Representatives and follow up on them regularly. - Plan and implement activities and participate in local meetings and congresses whenever beneficial. - Submit call reports, activity reports, coverage reports and market reports in time.

Requirements

- Hold a degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, and DVM - Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing with at least 2 years in any position related to this line products - Profound market and business understanding - Solid problem solving and time management skills - Good presentation & communication skills - Planning & organizing - Dynamic team player - Preferably fluent in English - Good command of computer literacy (MS Office Programs)
