POSITION SUMMARY
Achieving category and platform sales targets, by maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities and build long term relationship with the key customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Delivering Sales targets within respective customers/accounts according to annual/monthly sales targets.
- Define Smart, Developmental & aggressive objective for the assigned team on monthly basis.
- Providing forecast based on category strategy, activities, sales history and customer strategy plan.
- Ability to initiate new ideas to the Out of Home business, through creative executions & visibility that drive more sales.
- Drive excellence customer management by fully understanding the customer`s need/strategy and define customized planning in order to fulfill each customer`s need.
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contracts.
- Following on monthly collection and financial reconciliation with the customers.
- Managing field force (sales and technical team) for customer execution, trade asset follow ups.
- Act as sales control through sales analysis and budget planning
- Prepare, plan and execute monthly sales activities in system and with customers
- Continues improvement in route to market to drive efficiency in sales operation.
