Job Description

-Managing the daily sales operations -Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics -Managing all sales activities, records and reports as well -Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support -Meet the sales targets, objectives and profit contribution for assigned products -Define Marketing Plan and Sales Plan -Evaluate Clients and Leads and capability to manage clients’ evaluations -Follow up on the customers’ accounts, invoices and payments -Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitors action in order to Market & Product development -Manage communication between clients and company -Managing Sales Representatives -Listening to sales Reps and customer requirements -Collecting market and customer information - Reporting to: Regional Sales manager

Requirements

-At least a bachelor degree in the related fields -At least 5 years of experience in the field of sales management supervision in food -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Good leader ship, team management and negotiation skills -Team work capability -Being ambitious enough to cover sales territory -Networking capability -MS Office knowledge -Persuasive and goal-oriented -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently -Candidate Current Location: Mashhad
