-Monitoring sub distribution sales activities and implementing company policies in covered cities
-Developing sales by volume, value and coverage in covered cities and regions
Monitor sales activities in the area to ensure customer receive satisfactory service
-Train sales team (training on products and sales techniques)
-Identify representative's strengths and improve their weaknesses in order to increasing sales in region
-Monitor defaults, financial affairs and constant pursuit to receive representative cheques and receivable documents
-Monthly regular missions to insure of presence of company products over the region during regular market visits on sub distributions
-BA / MBA university degree
-At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG distribution / 4 years experiences in sales / 3 years experiences in sales engineering or supervising
-Good communication skills
-Good command of computer software skills
