Job Description

Main Objective: To develop & supervise sales reps. team, ensuring efficient and effective field executions, implementing sales and distribution strategies in assigned territories. Responsible for monitoring sales KPIs, performance evaluation through sales data analysis and field visit and eventually suggesting best solutions to achieve or exceed targets. They will review and prepare rout planning and customer data. Main Responsibilities: - Daily field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs - Provide constructive suggestions and solutions to achieve sales target and increase the sales - Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the company - Plan sales target achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis in line with company targets - Review customers data and customer classification, to ensure operational effectiveness of team. - Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving - Continuous review and monitoring of the competitors and market - Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

Requirements

- University degree in a relevant major - Minimum 2 years of experience at supervisor position in FMCG (Alborz province) - Experience in managing people - Good leadership, coaching and team working skills with the ability to manage conflict and develop staff - Solid influencing and communicating skills to internal and external audience - Good command of computer and Excel - English fluency is an advantage - Military service should be done for gentlemen
