Job Description

- Managing the daily sales operations - Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics - Managing all sales activities, records and reports as well - Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support - meet the sales targets, objectives and profit contribution for assigned products - Capability to define Marketing Plan and Sales Plan - Evaluate Clients and Leads and capability to manage clients’ evaluations - Follow up on the customers’ accounts, invoices and payments - Monitoring and analyzing markets, customer needs and competitors action in order to Market & Product development - Manage communication between clients and company - Managing Sales Representatives - Listening to sales Reps and customer requirements - Collecting market and customer information - Team work capability - Being ambitious enough to cover sales territory - Reporting to: Sales manager

Requirements

- University Qualifications: At least a bachelor degree in the related fields - Previous Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of sales management supervision in food - Other Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Good leader ship, team management and negotiation skills - Networking capability - MS Office knowledge - Persuasive and goal-oriented - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Current Residence: Isfahan
