Job Description

-Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. -Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests. -Answer customer’s questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms -Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. -Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support -Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements -Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers -Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions -Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages - Research and identify potential customers for products or services.

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in related Field -Between 4 to 8 years’ experience in sales /marketing in computer equipment including Hardware & Software Licensing (Cisco, HP, EMC, IBM, Fortinet, Juniper, VMware, Citrix, Solar Winds, Microsoft) -Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems -Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction -English Language Skills: Good -Gender Preference: Male/ Female -Current Residency: Tehran
