Job Description
-Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events)
-Search for new client leads
-Manage relationships with existing customers
-Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies)
-Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
-Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
-Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
-Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s a strong presence
-Developing markets by identifying potential markets and customers including visiting organizations and companies according the market visit plan
-Establish and maintain good relationships with current and potential customers and vendors and presenting products and services
-Planning and performing sales negotiation and developing sales and tracking contracts and following sales to achieve results
-Coordinate and arrange sales to businesses
-Closing sales and follow up with clients
