Job Description

- To develop & supervise sales reps. team, ensuring efficient and effective field executions, implementing sales and distribution strategies in assigned territories. - Provide constructive suggestions and solutions to achieve sales target and increase the sales - Implementation of sales fundamentals like coverage, visibility, volume, drop size, etc. based on standards and principles of the company - Plan sales target achievement on a weekly, monthly and annual basis in line with company targets - Review customers data and customer classification, to ensure operational effectiveness of team. - Lead team's development and training in a positive spirit driving - Continuous review and monitoring of the competitors and market - Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.

Requirements

- University degree in a relevant major - Minimum 2 years of experience at supervisory position in FMCG (Khouzestan province) - Good leadership, coaching and team working skills with the ability to manage conflict and develop staff - Solid influencing and communicating skills to internal and external audience - Good command of computer and Excel - English fluency is an advantage - Military service should be done for gentlemen.
