Job Description

Achieving Monthly and Yearly defined sales targets in his/her assigned distributor - Execution of necessary actions for achieving monthly and yearly assigned targeUSD) align with company strategies, in his assigned distributor level Controlled Copy - Monitoring the performance of sub-Distributor (Prices and Promotions executions, Orders status, .presenting the report of sub-distributors sales status to higher-level man - Analyzing the work performance of distributors salesmen and giving property achieve defined goals. Preparing the route plans and giving on-Job training - Implementing regular meetings with salesmen in his assigned distributor to increase the coverage and penetration - Having a joint market visit from a field of the assigned distribution center with participation salesman, highlighting the SWOT to area sales manager and upper-level man - Getting orders from Sub-distributors considering the stock levels and comp category sales - Monitoring the assigned market at the point of competitors' activities and sharing their activity level managers. - Providing analytical reports to upper-level managers and giving the solutions in or deficiency
