Job Description

● Weekly planning for field visits to carpentry workshops, cabinet-making workshops, cutting workshops, as well as small sellers to solve possible problems (such as product defects, lack of familiarity with the proper supply of company products, etc.) and Sending weekly and daily reports. ● Referral of quality complaints of customers to the quality unit and also face-to-face visit if necessary to complete the relevant reports. ● Visit sales agents to increase sales and submit reports to the sales manager. ● Visit sales representatives to receive orders and follow up on claims from them. ● Delivery of purchase invoices to agents and return of the relevant copy to the financial department by post. ● Complete the weekly market status form and send reports to the sales manager. ● Collect information and provide reports on market share, sellers, and potential customers in the market. ● Take orders from agents according to the relevant form and send them to the sales manager ● Provide constructive suggestions about marketing matters (in sales channels, activating customers in new areas, how to distribute marketing items, etc.)

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Management (Business Management, Sales and Marketing). ● At least 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of sales expert or marketing expert. ● Intermediate knowledge of English (Familiarity with the Turkish language is an advantage). ● Familiarity MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). ● Familiarity with ERP and CRM. ● Having effective interpersonal communication skills, flexibility and consequentialism. ● Creativity and innovation at work.
