• Determining strategies and preparing an action plan to achieve sales targets
• To prepare business plans that will increase the dealer and market potential, • Performing dealer needs analysis,
• To achieve individual targets in line with the company's sales targets,
• Tracking the dealer, creating new sales channels, realizing sales activities, tracking sales targets
• Visiting the dealers and potential dealer candidates regularly in the region under their responsibility; providing information about products, conducting potential customer research
• Regular monitoring and reporting of the market and competitor activities in the region of responsibility
• Collection and reporting of data in areas of responsibility such as sales market share customer portfolio, product portfolio, market and market position changes, marketing activities,
• Preparing offer, following up sales and after sales services according to dealer requests
• Keeping the requested reports on sales and collections and regularly submitting these reports to the department manager.
