Job Description

-Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units / Product Groups -Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems/services offering, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process -Preparing sales plans using available tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls -Creating added value for the customer and eWorld Aria and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques. Communicating details in accordance with eWorld Aria offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions) -Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers -Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration -Managing administrative procedures in sales processes, and supporting collection and project management activities whenever required -Preparing offers in coordination with the Sales Manager. Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions -Weekly report to Sales Manager and participate in sales meeting to ensure overall Offering /Execution cases are on track -Work out on Revenue forecast in close cooperation with Sales Manager -Close cooperation with accounting team for collecting of the payment on time

Requirements

-Bachelor’s or master’s degree, Major in electrical engineering -At least 3 year’s sales experience in related industries; Strong sales competency with industrial networking and automation -At least have experience and knowledge of Industrial Network -Strong learning ability; customer orientation; Strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity -Result driven; Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be good at teamwork. -Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills. -Fluency in English is required, written and spoken alike. Proficiency in other language is a plus
