Job Description

1- High ability to make face to face contracts with clients requesting for Canada/ Schengen/ Australia Visa, Tour and Travel Document, creating profile for every client and making all coordination. 2- Providing clear and correct answers and providing thorough guidance and assistance in order to increase customer satisfaction. 3- Creating and updating data bank of all attendances (in person/ on phone) 4- Performing all financial tasks containing: Receive Money, Payment of Money and Refund. 5- Receiving documents from clients, checking them precisely and guiding them with correct and updated information. 6- Ensuring clients bio-metrics and following the result of Visa from restoration department after client’s bio-metrics. 7- Recording process in the company’s software thoroughly. 8- Delivering finished and cleared profiles to financial department. 9- Transferring work data, reporting any problems, issues or flaws to senior manager. On time reporting of any probable incidents and efforts to solve the flaws. 10- Implementing job instructions and following all administrative regulations. 11- Constant developing and updating job knowledge and skills. 12- Following the requirements and applying standard and updated methods in order to provide better services.

Requirements

B.A, M.A in related field (Travel, English Translation or Literature is a plus) MS Skills word and excel, internet literate. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written Eager to learning and individual developing Being accountable, flexible and adoptable Excellent communication and coordination skills and team working Skilled in anger control and having a high discipline
