Job Description
1- High ability to make face to face contracts with clients requesting for Canada/ Schengen/ Australia Visa, Tour and Travel Document, creating profile for every client and making all coordination.
2- Providing clear and correct answers and providing thorough guidance and assistance in order to increase customer satisfaction.
3- Creating and updating data bank of all attendances (in person/ on phone)
4- Performing all financial tasks containing: Receive Money, Payment of Money and Refund.
5- Receiving documents from clients, checking them precisely and guiding them with correct and updated information.
6- Ensuring clients bio-metrics and following the result of Visa from restoration department after client’s bio-metrics.
7- Recording process in the company’s software thoroughly.
8- Delivering finished and cleared profiles to financial department.
9- Transferring work data, reporting any problems, issues or flaws to senior manager. On time reporting of any probable incidents and efforts to solve the flaws.
10- Implementing job instructions and following all administrative regulations.
11- Constant developing and updating job knowledge and skills.
12- Following the requirements and applying standard and updated methods in order to provide better services.
