Job Description

Objective of the role: We’re seeking an experienced sales specialist in medical and aesthetics field to help us sell the products and services. List of responsibilities: - Continuous new and existing customers visits and calls - Exploring new opportunities and leads through phone, visits, workshops, emails and etc. - Setting up daily appointments with prospective and existing clients - Effectively learn, understand, sell and promote our products - Using clear and repeatable methods for calls and visits scheduling and reporting them to manager - Having a network of contacts of Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and GPs in the market throughout the country - Empathizing and listening to clients, assessing their needs and negotiating the price and payment - Representing our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings - Create, maintain and develop strong relationships with all clients to deliver increased revenues - Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas and preparing reports - Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships - Data entry and maintaining information in CRM - Attending sales department's meetings - Using designated company's PC, mobile and other tools. Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Managers. Subordinates: No Subordinates. Working hours: Full time and flexibility in working late hours. Travel requirements: Ability to travel to and have a short stay in other cities.

Requirements

- Passionately interested in sales job. - Not being afraid of hearing 'No' - Smooth tone of voice behind phone - Proven success in prospecting, qualifying and closing a complex sale - Good personal appearance and dress choice - Must have valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles - Attitude of liking people in general - Following up attitude and proficiency in closing deals - High responsibility and discipline - Having high EQ and self-confidence - Distance between company and living place under 1 hour University Qualifications: At least Associate of Arts or Science (Kaardaani). Nature and length of previous experience: At least 2 years experience of sales in aesthetics and medical devices and products. Specialist knowledge: - Excellent negotiating skill - Oratory and Rhetoric skills - Outstanding communication and follow up skills - Experience in social media apps, windows, office and some photo editing techniques. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Good memory - Magnetic Personality - Hard working and Competitive - Working independently as well as a team member - Time management skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment - Being eager to learn - Report writing skill
