Job Description

·Managing phone calls, fax and client support ·Communicating verbally and written to answer inquiries and provide information ·Allocating leads generated from phone calls ·Based on information gathered from phone calls, business cards, expos and seminars create a database of clients on the CRM. ·Preparing weekly and monthly reports of activities for the sales manager ·General Administration tasks and supporting the sales team as needed ·Responsible for document handling, file making and handling other kinds of paperwork. ·Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements ·Receiving purchase orders from the sales manager, follow up till receiving end results ·Keeping record of documents and advertisements, to inform the sales team and provide them with details ·Preparing and sending our parcels (couriers) and making sure they have been received as per the internal procedures ·Handling the sales department budget

Requirements

·Minimum 2 years of work experience ·Having Relevant training or qualification ·Expert in software applications – Microsoft Office software, web browsers, etc. ·Having knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures ·Proficient in English language skills ·Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents ·Proven experience in information and communication management
