Job Description

Implementation of Sales Strategy consist of : Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers Meet agreed targets within defined sales territories in Tehran and provinces, with proper pre-planning and call frequency, call continuity and effective post call reporting. Prepare planning, feedback and sales reporting daily to upper level manager and other managers as per request so as to ensure optimum territory coverage develop new accounts to increase market penetration. Establishes effective relationships with customers and gains their trust & respect with professionalism and knowledgeable skillful approaches Innovative & Creative. Develop a customer database. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Monitoring competitor activity to Updates competitor landscape considering all aspect (Price, availability, field activities, etc.) on a regular basis Contribution & participation in congresses and also internal & external meetings. Confidential in keeping project information.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or higher in Biology fields, Genetics, Biotechnology, Immunology, Biomedical, Cellular and Molecular, Microbiology, Biochemical and etc. Selling track record, minimum 1-3 years in relevant field Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities. -Excellent verbal and written in English.
