Job Description
-Introducing, marketing, and sale of surgical laser systems to surgeons, and related physicians
-Effectively communicate product benefits to all relevant customers with the aim to achieve predetermined sales and profit fit to clients requirements
-Obtain and maintain latest information about decision makers (doctors, hospitals)
-Monitoring competitor's activity and competitors' products, market facts and distributors performance in related
-Manage and report on market, trade, and customer activities
-Ensure territory coverage, reporting and feedback and fulfilling the requirements as instructed by the company with the consent of the concerned supervisor
-Determine and manage the marketing budget
-Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
-Preparation and presentation of marketing business plan (strategy) per product on an annual basis
-Reinforce and grow customer loyalty to products
-Reporting to: Sale Manager
-Working hours: Sat-Wednesdays 8:30-18:30 with a two-hour break at noon
-Occasional travel within the country
