• Negotiate and take orders from customers through scheduled and regular visits and delivery of stocks, ensuring that the trade coverage and visit frequency are performing, targets are met according to agreed customer service level. • Achieve distribution objectives of product availability, visibility, customer service levels, fair trading, stock holding and stock rotation to ensure the company meets the highest levels of customer satisfaction. • Provide data and maintain accurate records on competitor’s moves and sales and distribution performance in order to guarantee that Area Manager and Sales& Distribution Manager are fully informed at all times. • Manage all assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximize the use of organization assets. • Monitor brand’s performance in the outlets (Al-Fakher’s and competitors’). • Gather/ provide ideas on distribution systems and client negotiation terms.
• Male / Female • Age below 35 • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in FMCG companies in Tehran • University bachelor degree in related fields is a plus • Able to develop and maintain business relationships with customers and commercial partner • Develop, maintain and update list of customers and Route plan • Complete daily reports, competition activities • Execute cycle activities and merchandising • Submit daily, weekly reports and ensure the data is accurate
