Job Description
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules. • Supervise sales representatives to meet and exceed goals. • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics. • Monitor financial affairs and constant pursuit to receive representatives’ sales financial debts. • Monthly regular missions to visit sales representatives and understand their needs and offer solutions and support. • Receive, control and analyze the representative’s sale reports and controlling them with the determined goals.
Requirements
- Required to travel extensively inside the country - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong negotiation skills - Problem solving skill - Minimum five years of professional sales experience - Gender Preference: Male
