Job Description

• To manage designing, optimizing, and monitoring of new and current sales and services processes to increase quality of them and make sure they aligned with S&D new strategies and initiatives. To manage and monitor preparing all Sales and Distribution PPPs and define channel quality standards considering the market research results and other factors to find best practices to enhance processes. • To manage implementation, maintaining and monitoring Quality Management Systems (such as ISO 9001) in order to improve Sales & Distribution processes. • To manage maintaining and updating sales excellence model in order to ensure continues improvement in sales regions processes and performance. • To manage the items related to CRA assessment and prepare required documents for audit and CRA assessment. • To manage implementation of different market research surveys in order to find improvement areas in sales and distribution. • To conduct competitive research to determine competitors’ strategy (nationally/International) for implementing sales and services and set channel best practice standards in line. • To manage measuring, analyzing and monitoring S&D Processes KPIs to ensure they are met and define corrective actions. • To monitor and manage analyzing reports and gap analysis of key quality indicators for the channels to ensure continuous quality improvement. • To manage and analyze sales point and customer satisfaction factors by defining service levels for each channel segment to measure and track customer satisfaction at store level. • To manage analyzing customer satisfaction and NPS results to sales managers and define corrective actions. • To manage closing audit items which is raised by A&R for S&D before the due date to prevent possible risks for S&D division and company.. To manage Quality Products (QP) processes and implement the relevant test and other actions to ensure the quality of MTNIrancell product and services • To manage documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports • To run continuous quality evaluations for the sales team members to ensure that quality assurance standards met. To propose innovative solutions to overcome flaws and weaknesses in the processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in management (Marketing, Business, Administration, Industrial engineering, Commerce) or relevant fields • Master’s degree in MBA will be an added advantage • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing others • Experience working in a medium to large organization • Experience in sales and service industry and/ or cellular/ telecommunications and/ or operational management
