Job Description

• To define special sales project (including make sales point for special month, location, seminar) and collaborate with sales channel team throughout the project’s life cycle. • To create plan for the special sales project ,translate strategic implications and determine the requirements to accomplish project successfully. • To develop full scale of special sales project plans including defining project objectives, reviewing workflow, defining measurements criteria, project tasks, resource requirements, timeline and make recommendations for continuous improvement. • To manage special sales projects in different regions and making sure projects are completed on time and within the budget. • To increase customer satisfaction by managing and initiating relevant project for all region’s customer. • To provide regular report on the special sale project progress to the general manager. • To manage challenges, develop solutions and lead different S&D teams to accomplish projects effectively. • To prepare sales projects dashboards and provide real time data on status of various projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in in Commerce (Marketing / Communication/ Management, industrial engineering) or related • MBA will be advantage. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a area of specialisation; with experience in supervising/managing others • Experience working in a medium to large organization • Experience in Project management
