Job Description
This position is accountable for all the aspects of targeting, planning and controlling all the sales and distribution operations. The person in this position should create, organize, implement the sales plan according to the target and market demand.
• Provide seasonal and monthly sales forecasts for existing and upcoming products
• Targeting and formulating sales policies across branches and sales channels
• Calculate and control of commission of all the distributors and sales individuals
• Providing information for S&OP meetings
• Build tools and dashboards to streamline business processes
• Perform a variety of analyses and tasks to improve understanding of business trends and opportunities
• Control development projects
