Job Description

-Planning, acting and monitoring for support sales process -Suggesting branding and sales strategies -Define sales policies and RFP (Request for Proposal) plans - Define production plan based on SKU contribution monthly and yearly -Describe different campaigns about various subjects -Support all the activities of main sales and marketing process in chain stores. In which planning, organizing, leading and control sections in order to achieve sales goals in chain stores. -Coordinate holding campaign, events congress in chain stores -Monitoring on visit control process -Ordering advertising and control situation about advertising -Coordinating for planning holding, festivals and sampling plans in chain stores -Manages daily activities of the operational sales support function. -Scheduling for leading sales plan and define product cycle -Monitoring for sale planning and other coordinating -Rolling targets due to changes / new product entry / price changes -Monetary and numerical reports, observing goals achievement, deviations from goals, the rate of growth or decline -Analysis of sales statistics and sales reports to the sales manager -Providing monthly sales bases based on inventory and purchasing and output -Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to ensure success, business fluctuation -Initial investigations to enter a new product and review its similar products in the market by name, brands that produce this type of product, as well as the price, volume and type of packaging, details of their combinations, and ultimately summarizing and presenting the necessary suggestions. Manage the product launch time on the market -Customers and teams are ranked according to the control items - Typically reports to the head of a unit/department. -Develops and implements promotional events and interacts with external dealers to increase sales volume. -Monitoring and controlling costs

Requirements

-Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management (FMCG Filed) -Having knowledge about sales and marketing -Familiar with management techniques -Motivating the staff continuously -Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. -Having skills of planning and organizing -Complete understanding of market research concept -A complete understanding of market and doing market research -Having special skill in assessment sales data -Knowing well about branding -Ideal Age Range: minimum 30 years’ old -Gender Preference: Male/ Female
