Job Description

•Main Objective: Developing sales strategies, plans, and estimations. Sales target allocation to sales channel/ areas/ customers. Reporting of the sales figures and achievements. Analyses of sales plans and strategies. •The Sales Planner collects the estimations by sales management and makes the aggregation and corrections. •Main Responsibilities: -Active steering of: -Information exchange between all parties involved (Sales Management, Customer Services, Marketing, Supply Chain Management) -Sales planning consistency (runs top-down planning to check bottom-up planning of team) -Rework and update of plans -Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process -Problems and informing sales and customer services -Current assortment’s material status (sales view in master data) -Lead selected international projects -Monitoring of quality and reasonability of sales estimations regarding timings, activities (when e.g. promotions take place) and article numbers (launch and relaunch of articles, planning on the correct article number). -Regular deviation analysis on customer and brand level and discussion with Sales Management about deviations -Supply Network Planner (SNP) contact person

Requirements

-At least Bachelor Degree from a well-known university -2 years’ experience in analytical positions -Excellent communication skills -Analytical thinking -Advanced Excel -Ideal Age Range: 23 - 32 -The candidate MUST be fluent in English
