Mobile Phone Sales Operator: - Identifying and choosing the most suitable strategy concentrated on enforcing the development of product groups and profit making while keeping an eye on all related factors - Making sure to be compatible with grand sales strategies - Analyzing sales details and inventory - Long term and short term products planning - Have a close relationship with supply team in order to improve the supply process and optimize sales potential - Planning, visualizing and implementing a diverse set of plans while cooperating with other sectors such as Marketing Team in order to fulfill sales targets - Continuous monitoring and assessment of product groups and sales process, and filing related reports - Sales forecasting and planning in order to develop B2B sales - Listening to customer complaints wholeheartedly and responding to them as soon as possible - Identifying customer needs and being skilled at customer retention and acquisition - Answering customers’ questions and get customer satisfaction - Providing professional and comprehensive services to customers - Filing detailed reports containing needed analyses and specifying necessary solutions to improve the situation - Analyzing the problems and avoiding them in future
