Job Description
The incumbent is responsible to lead sales operation team, sales strategy, and department structure ensuring smooth sales processes and identifying emerging market opportunities. Main responsibilities: - Prepare annual sales plan / target for each region based on brand performance - Periodic visits to covered areas across country to: - Develop strong relationship with distributors and key account/s - Evaluate sales operations performance and provides supervision and leadership to sales managers - Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals (coverage, distribution, and visibility) in defined region leading Area Sales Manager. - Provide analytical reports to predict sales trends and making recommendations to management regarding opportunities to maximize sales - Manage and execute new product launch align with Marketing team - Handle the receivables from Distributors and other credit retailers as per the company policy
Requirements
- Bachelor or master university degree or equivalent. - Must have over 4 years managerial position with extensive experience in developing and implementing strategy and planning (Tobacco field would be advantageous) - Must have strong sales and presentation skills with ability to communicate professionally with relevant stakeholders. - Ability to manage teams and work as a member of team - Willingness to work in a challenging and demanding position which requires frequent traveling - Ready to start as soon as possible. - Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
