Job Description
Objective of the role: - Maximizing sales of animal feed products via direct negotiations with customers. List of responsibilities: - Customer relations management - Customer networking - Sales point management - Regular farm visits - Inter-departmental coordination with marketing team. Reporting to: Sales Manager. Subordinates: none. Length of Probation Period: max 30 days . Working hours: 08.30-16.30 (Sat-Wed) & 08.30-12.30 (Thur). Travel requirements: farm visits and trade fairs mainly in Isfahan, Fars, Azerbaijan and Khorassan Provinces and other areas across the country.
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc or MSc in animal science or related disciplines. Other certifications obtained: Certificates issued by reputed local and/or overseas institutes are a key plus factor.. Nature and length of previous experience: minimum of 3 years' full-time career record in related posts. Specialist knowledge: - Dairy cattle nutrition science - Sales - Customer relations. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Strong team worker - Meticulous organizer - Amicable demeanor & public relations - Attention to appropriate dress codes and easy public speaker
