Job Description
Successful Sales Marketing Supervisors focus on using their excellent empathetic skills to understand the goods and services unique selling point. They use this knowledge to improve existing promotions and campaigns or devise new strategies for increasing interest and awareness of goods and services.
Responsibilities
Improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
Evaluate and pressure test Marketing performance on promotion products (Amazing, Onsite promotions, …).
Planning and participating in the launch of campaigns in a company
Agreeing on timelines and deadlines of campaigns with the product commercial teams.
Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
