Job Description

-Plan for sale targets and the strategy to achieve them -Developing and managing sales and marketing activities in the defined market segments -Build, develop and maintain strong working relationships with potential clients. -Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions -Arrange meeting for introducing and present -Participate in market research in the case of need & market developing -Enhance the company’s market leadership in market. -Analyze and evaluate the competitors, market conditions and product/market development -Try to build a constant relationship with the current/ potential customers -Communicate effectively -Provide weekly report of progress and aiming to meet company sales target. -Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows and professional conferences

Requirements

-At least 5-7 years of experience in in sales and Marketing -Strong Teamwork and Flexible -Strong communication Skill -Negotiation Skill -Time management & problem solving -Market analysis and Market Research skills -Understanding the sales process -Understanding to specify lead / customer Grade -Computer Skills: MS Office -CRM skills -Relevant experience in IT companies is an Advantage -Good in English -Ideal Age Range: maximum 35 years old
