Job Description

-Define Sales & Marketing Strategy based on the market needs. - Ensures profitable growth in sales and revenue through planning, execution, and management of a supportive team. - Active and capable in sales strategy discussions, assigning short- and long-term goals, and negotiating the various Product Group sales budgets. - Build a highly motivated sales team and Manage, develop, coach, control to ensure that a high professional performance and sales targets is achieved - Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate contracts with customers to provide on-time and in-full service that meet standards and timelines, - Establish and maintain current customer and potential customer relationships and resolve complaints regarding sales issues and services, Negotiate with customers and talk about the market situation, complaints and criticisms, and review the activities of competitors in the market. -Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team. - Look after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment. - Manage the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures. -Plan and control execution of the annual promotional calendar / trade events and local marketing activities in the country and provide thorough evaluation afterwards.

Requirements

- MSc/BA in management/business or related fields. - At least 5 years of relevant FMCG & 3 years of experience in a Same position - Ideal age: 35-40 - Fluent in English Language - Proficient in all Microsoft Office . - Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proficient in negotiation and sales skills.
