Job Description
-Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning, leading and evaluating department activities.
-Create, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
-Monitors team's performance and motivates them to reach targets.
-Set individual sales targets with sales team.
-Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
-Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
-Exploring and studying the competitor’s movements in the target market.
-Expand and develop marketing platforms.
-Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects.
-Evaluate performance of sales staff.
-Plan, analyse and execute new methods and techniques to achieve sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
-Analyse and identify key performance indicators to improve sales.
-Define quantitative and qualitative target to improve sales and customer services.
-Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team.
-Following up inquiries and clarification with customer and manage with sales staff to reply customer with accuracy and precision.
-Managing, formalizing and negotiating the offers and contracts
-Resolving customer and distributors complains regarding sales and services
-Provides timely reports to CEO regarding performance
