Job Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategy in line with company's objectives • Implement defined marketing plans, constantly identifying new opportunities to support the business growth objectives • Develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, service and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budget, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback received. • Managing and supervising a team in sale development department in all aspects including the tasks assignments, tasks prioritization, training and motivating sales team and Define sales targets for the business and Determine price schedules and discount rates • Identifying the new market potential as well as potential accounts • Development and management of sales agents • Planning, running and developing provincial sales • Identify and seek new sales channel and propose new solutions to increase sales level • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts • Provides regular monthly, weekly and daily reports from contacts and customers for all the accounts.
