Job Description
• Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives. • Develop innovative marketing campaigns, tools and activities. • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results. • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team • Highly skilled in strategic sales representative network • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. • Undertake the development and production of all marketing collateral in conjunction with Project teams across the range of regional and international exhibitions from the Company's portfolio. • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales experts and sales representatives • Assist the other shows in marketing deliverables should there be a manpower shortage in the marketing department. • Effectively supervise the work performance of junior team members in marketing unit for assigned shows. • Work with the project teams to develop the shows through database building, research and enhanced value-added events
Requirements
• 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the advertising, publishing or exhibition industry would be advantageous but not essential. • At least have a bachelor’s degree • Strong time management and organizational skills • Skilled in office automation system, Microsoft Office, and CRM software • Skilled in setting marketing and sales strategies • Be able to manage content/graphic/art team • Be able to design sales target/KPI and how to reach • Good Knowledge of English • Strong interpersonal communication skills • Self-driven Efficient, diligent and hardworking • Based in Tehran (Preferably Jordan District) • Male • Minimum Age: 35
